Meditation Tips and Links:

Some of the info on the meditation practice I’ve been doing since the pandemic hit and the benefits I’ve discovered from it.

The journey started simply enough – downloading an app called “Calm” on my smartphone and browsing around inside it.

I found Jeff Warren – Meditation Teacher & Author.

Jeff’s plain-spoken, no-nonsense explanations of what meditation is and how it works to free our minds from negative thoughts and teach us to focus on the present moment was nothing short of revolutionary to this PTSD suffering scatterbrain!

I also recommend some other instructors:

Dr. Andrew Huberman of the Huberman Lab at Stanford University, who is pioneering the study of neurology as it relates to healing the brain, damaged by trauma and struggling with PTSD.

Robin Sharma – bestselling author of The 5AM ClubThe Monk Who Sold His Ferarri and The Leader With No Title. He was an attorney who decided, as I have, that he ought to end his soul-sucking career and start anew, pursuing his passion. He persuaded me to get up before dawn and start my new day with meditation.
